Our role

Advise, compare, negotiate and support.

Advice & comparison

We assess the risk and compare premiums, benefits, exclusions, deductibles and wording.

Premium negotiation

Depending on risk and market, premiums, deductibles and terms may be negotiated.

Policy design

Special clauses, framework arrangements and extensions can materially improve standard cover.

Policy review

We check that agreed benefits, sums, clauses and premiums are correctly documented.

Ongoing service

We help with changes, payments, new risks and adjustments throughout the contract term.

Advice in insurance matters

Advice can also be valuable when no new policy is being arranged.

The Austrian trade designation combines insurance brokerage with advice in insurance matters. This means our work also includes professional advice on insurance questions alongside arranging and servicing policies.

Review policies and wording

We explain cover, exclusions, clauses, deductibles and disputed coverage issues and show what they may mean in practice.

Out-of-court claim support

By separate agreement we can also assist with existing or third-party insurance relationships outside court proceedings, including claim preparation, communication and settlement review.

Independent second opinion

A professional assessment can be useful even without a new policy, for example after a coverage rejection or where the cause of loss or policy wording is unclear.

Status transparency

An insurance broker and an insurance agent are not the same.

Insurance agent

An agent acts on behalf of one or more insurers and must disclose the capacity in which insurance is distributed.

Direct purchase

A direct purchase does not include an independent broker's market and wording review.

Claims

Many parties, many details – one contact point.

Before notification

Discuss cause, cover and required documents.

Coordinate inspection

Align client, experts and contractors where useful.

Review settlement

Check reports, estimates, invoices, deductibles and limits.
